“I have only been once so far. I have already scheduled my next appointment. The sweet lady in the front who seems to be just kind and helpful and the masseuer, Joshua, made my first visit here a pleasant and productive one. I say productive because I have pain and muscle tightness throughout my body, sometimes one area is worse than another. Preferring homeopathic, I treat my pain with massage, sauna, infrared, stretching, and exercises. Those last 2 can be tricky, because you do not want to hurt yourself but if you allow certain muscles to get weak, the other muscles must compensate. I told very little to the massage therapist except pain and tightness and basically to stretch what he felt needed it. I regret not inquiring into how long he has been doing this work. He has definitely been doing it for a while. He can feel what needs done. He wants you to have relief and not just for the moment but the long term. When leaving, he gave me stretches to do at home. I did not ask, he offered them. That is how you know they actually care about what they do.
