Jason Sarli was able to troubleshoot a problem in 3 minutes, whereas 6 different techs could not pinpoint the issue. As of that was not impressive enough, Jason went to bat for me with the manufacturer of a part I purchased. The part was faulty and I was getting the run around in the worst way. Jason responded to my home, made contact with the manufacturer, and proceeded to tear them a new ass%$le!!!! This was only.after they tried to stiff me on the part.
