ThermoCool demonstrates excellent customer service from the first call to the completion of the job. The company is very responsive, even on weekends. Technicians are helpful, friendly, polite, and efficient. They provide thorough jobs and act in a professional manner. ThermoCool is prompt and courteous, reporting the condition of the AC and working efficiently. The company has a good experience with customers, with some being satisfied for 10 years. ThermoCool's technicians are knowledgeable and explain problems in layman's terms. They are a true asset to the company. Customers are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend ThermoCool. The company provides temporary fixes when needed and follows up to ensure everything is okay. Overall, ThermoCool provides a good experience and has gained customers for life.
Thermocool demonstrated excellent customer service from the first call to them through the technicians completion of the job. I would highly recommend this company based on my experiences with them. I am also a customer for life now because of them and how I was treated as a customer.
Very responsive given that it was Saturday afternoon with a no A/C call. Dylan was helpful and friendly. Provided a “rescue” condenser fan motor to restore condenser cooling. He will order the warranty replacement fan motor (still under warranty) and ThermoCool will return to replace the rescue motor with the correct fan motor and whatever controller is needed.
Part is warranted it labor is on me - should be able to back charge manufacturer- York in this case.
The text I received asking for feedback said work is completed; partially true - I do have air, but as I explained it is temporary fix until York replacement fan motor arrives.

During the heat wave, on a holiday weekend, my ac was not functioning properly. Ryan was polite, and efficient. Although could not pinpoint the problem, he assured me it was the system trying to cool things down in this heat. He was right. It took some time, but it’s fine. To my surprise, he called me on Monday morning to make sure things were ok.
