“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. Post 2nd service, we have a 45 day guarantee and can call back to schedule another service if mouse problems persist. Steven the technician was great both visits and was very thorough. He went into our crawl spaces, basement, kitchen, and under our house to find and cover any holes with foam and/or wire mesh. He set traps and poison, and collected dead mice the second time around.
