Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. Saved me a significant amount of money. Thank you, Flori!

There’s a reason why this company has all 5 star reviews. Owner Florence and his crew are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Typical from an all European staff which is worth so many bonus points. Nice to be able to speak to them and they understand English if you know what I mean. Very reasonable rates on top of it all. Would 100% recommend.

This company is very easy to work with. True pros and also very personable and kind. Unlike other companies, they do a free assessment and then trust you will hire them to do the work if needed. They themselves are also very trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommend.
