“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

“Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. “Donny's did a great job on my roof that ended up being a total replacement. Even with rip[ping off and replacing ALL my tongue and groove roof, off their prices were reasonable and less then a quote for a simple shingle replacement.Best was there was no high pressure sales person. Mike was knowledgable and easy to work with. The sales person another company sent kept taking off $$ in 1000.00 increments everytime I said no, I wouldn;t sign that night.Heidi in the office was always pleasant to deal.“

“I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! “Tapout was great and easy to work with. 2 rodent termination services were scheduled 2 weeks apart, and seem to be effective. Post 2nd service, we have a 45 day guarantee and can call back to schedule another service if mouse problems persist. Steven the technician was great both visits and was very thorough. He went into our crawl spaces, basement, kitchen, and under our house to find and cover any holes with foam and/or wire mesh. He set traps and poison, and collected dead mice the second time around.
