A day later, workers arrived and remediated the problem. In addition, they offered a 7 year warranty on their work. I was extremely satisfied with All Pro's work.“
“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

“Flori came and helped me with my gas fireplace. I had a different company come and inspect my fireplace, they charged me $400 and wanted to do another inspection for $800 more. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. “We used New America Construction 4 years ago to re-do our siding, windows and I have to say Bruce & his team, did a fantastic job!Fast forward, 4 years and in between I have reached out to Bruce and him and his team are always super helpful! Bruce is going to help us get a piece of siding on our home fixed for an area we did some work on! I cannot say enough about them. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“

“Donny's did a great job on my roof that ended up being a total replacement. Even with rip[ping off and replacing ALL my tongue and groove roof, off their prices were reasonable and less then a quote for a simple shingle replacement.Best was there was no high pressure sales person. Mike was knowledgable and easy to work with. The sales person another company sent kept taking off $$ in 1000.00 increments everytime I said no, I wouldn;t sign that night.Heidi in the office was always pleasant to deal.“
