We recently bought a row house and needed to have the roof inspected; it turns out that UBL had done the roof for the previous owners and had all the photos and condition of prior roof inspection and were happy to provide all of that information; that's when we knew these were the right guys; it turns out we needed the roof re-coated and the skylight replaced; on the day of the Install, the owner had me come out to the truck and showed me a small scratch on the new skylight dome; he said he would call the vendor and order a new one.
