Do not book if you are not 100% sure you are going to be on time! Locking doors for being late 3 min? I assume they don’t have enough for paying someone to stay at the front desk.They will have at least 5 min cordiality time as also parking sometimes is hard to find when you book a class around 5 pm on a Friday. Nobody to open the door or pick up the phone, and after reading another review I will completely forget about getting my money back or credit to book another class ??.I don’t want to sound and I am far from being a Karen, but this is not right at all, first time late to a class and shocking to see that sign. The Sunday class at 12:30pm with Ellen Was THE BEST Yoga class I’ve had in a really really long time!!! The class was soooo good I actually walked out and forgot my yoga mat at the end of the class. That’s how I know the class was good if you actually forget the main essential needed to take the class I sometimes struggle with meditating and mentally checking out but during this class I was 100% present in the class because of the music and technique variations. It was definitely challenging and I spent more time than “normal” in child’s poise but I have been waiting for this feeling for a long time.

Im pleased with this place… the instruction, level of professionalism, cleanliness and most importantly, the temperature. I tried several hot studios within the region and found this one to be consistently the hottest.
