I can’t say enough positive things about the staff or the program. My son loves coming every week. Professional and definitely positive atmosphere. The staff know how to redirect and speak to the children. Amazing.

F.A.S.S.T. is an amazing program for young athletes at all levels. My daughter began the program last summer and we immediately saw improvements in her strength, stamina and running on the field in the Fall. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and positively reinforce the students as a class and individually. The bonus is my daughter has fun and always wants to go! I highly recommend it!
