Confession time: I tried to 'cheat' on The Optical Shoppe with a new doctor for the sake of convenience. Spoiler alert: it was not convenient, and I came running back!
I’ve been a loyal customer here since the Dr. Finch days and the era of the incredibly cool Dave. Even though Dave has retired and his wonderful daughter Jamie now runs the business from behind the scenes, you can absolutely still feel their standards living on through the staff.
I walked in fresh from my 'bad breakup' with that other place, and Lex immediately swung into action. She actually repaired my old glasses on the spot (new nose pads and a tighten-up) so I had something to wear while waiting for my order. Then she whisked me over to the contact lens specialist (I am mortified that I forgot your name—please forgive me, I promise to get it right when I pick up my order!) and then to Kim, their amazing Optician.
I ended up going all in: transition lenses with new frames AND prescription sunglasses. The whole experience reminded me why I loved interacting with Dave all those years ago.
Lesson learned: You can’t put a price on this kind of care. This is why supporting local, family-owned businesses is so important. I’m back for good!
The best around! Professional kind and convenient! My car has never looked and smelled cleaner! The team that worked on my car paid attention to detail and poured pride into the finish product. I’d give Mark 6 stars if I could. I tried three different places when first moving to Blackwood. Mark is better than all of them and doesn’t charge nearly enough.

I have been going here for years and I have to say once you find a barber you like you stick with them. Nick has done a great job on my hair and beard and has recently started cutting my Son's hair. This is a big deal for me and my family as my Son is autistic and has a problem sitting still, but Nick has no problem connecting with him and has done a great job with his hair. My son thinks the world of Nick and wants to go back even when he doesn't need a haircut. keep up the good work.
After an unfortunate experience with the management at my first suite building, I decided to meet with Drew to tour Grey Pointe. Both locations are stunning, well maintained and CLEAN. Drew immediately put me at ease and made my decision to move to the Runnemede location an easy one. I love having a window that I can open for fresh air and to have natural light coming in.
Have been seeing Dr. Kennedy for a while now, he is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to really hear what is going on. My back has never felt better, and I will continue to come get adjustments. I have recommended him to many friends and family.
Order from here a lot, sometimes in a pinch. Everytime I call they have what I need in stock. I had to run there to pick up something last minute. I went in friendly people at the desk and by the time I was done, they were waiting at my car with my order. It was only one case. But great customer service friendly always has what I need and quick.

The team did a fantastic job! We had a rough winter with a broken furance and they fixed our problem and gave us a new water heater! Everything works great! Jimmy and the guys were great, sparky my dog loved seeing them everyday! Chris is fantastic! I will definitely recommend them for sure!

Some people might prefer a more more modern office BUT if you are caring for someone who has difficulty communicating or tolerating tests, they may be older or have a disability, Dr Yaros is patient, accommodating & finds a way to achieve the end goal. My aunt has glaucoma & had cataract surgery we wouldn't have preserved her vision as much as we have without him.
Jill and the beauticians are knowledgeable. And are quite easy to converse my needs with.
Where beauty education, sales, furniture, and distribution work hand in hand. Ethos provides high quality efficient service to beauty professionals . I cannot see myself patronizing another beauty distributor after my first visit. This is the one stop shop for cosmetology professionals who elevate their "hair game" everyday.
Will is professional, respectful, and courteous. I am newer to massage and immediately felt at ease. He greeted me at the door and services began shortly after. He ensured I was comfortable throughout the service without disrupting my relaxation. The spa is clean and the sound machine and atmosphere put me into the appropriate head space. I have only gone to big chains prior which had me feeling like another number on their list. Will personalized the experience to suit me as an individual. I will be returning and I highly recommend Lazarus Spa LLC.
