Today was my first time ever in the optical shoppe in Runnemede, soon as you walk in it is a warm welcoming experience. Valerie is super nice snd knowledgeable she made sure i needed to know whatever i needed to know and Dr. Jenni Johnson is super friendly. Both of them made my first visit with them not stressful at all, i will deffinetly be back to see Dr.Johnson as long as i have this same insurance. Thank you gor making my experience with you not stressful at all.
I had my yearly eye exam at The Optical Shoppe in Runnemede on Tuesday, November 28.I would recommend this place to everyone. They are very friendly and they care about you. My wait time was very reasonable and everything was explained to me as it was done. My prescription hasn’t really changed all that much but I think I will be going back after the new year to try on frames and possibly get a new pair of glasses. I have been to a couple of the big name eyeglass places in the past but I have been going here for a few years and I think they are great and no pressure to buy glasses.
When I walked in, I was politely greeted. The young lady whose name I forgot who did the first half of the tests was very friendly and helpful. My doctor was Dr. Johnson, I believe and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and and understanding.I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants to a great experience with a very knowledgeable staff.
