“The vent fan in the toilet stopped working. I sent them a picture of it and then they gave me a quote to replace it (because it is over 25 yrs old). I knew it was something that I could probably do myself but I would rather have a pro do it for me. I called them and in about a couple of days Jesse came and replaced it. About a month after AM Electric completed my home electrical upgrade, I experienced an unexpected electrical issue on a 100-degree day, and my bedroom AC suddenly stopped working.
I called Anthony (owner), and he immediately contacted Sharif, the technician who worked on my home last month.
To my surprise, Sharif arrived within an hour and quickly helped me resolve the issue. He also patiently explained how to reset the outlet if it ever happens again.
Can you imagine someone actually showing up within an hour in this kind of extreme heat just to help? It was almost unbearable outside, and I honestly did not expect such a fast response.
I truly did not take it for granted. Watching someone work under that kind of heat reminded me how rare and valuable genuine service and responsibility are.
Moments like this really stay with you. ❤
