The technician kept on insisting that last application was a liquid fertilizer so he was reluctant to fertilize. I kept on assuring him that the application was granular fertilizer. When I offered to show him security videos around the house 🏠 he applied fertilizer on sides and back.
I told him I was about to drop trugreen service, but I'm keeping it for now.
Please tell your technicians that their services are recorded by our security cameras 📷. I don't want it to repeat again.
Thanks for the service.
Joshua was very considerate to tell me animals should wait at least three hours to walk on the lawn. So if I needed to let them out before she started, he could wait. That was very nice of him. He was also very quick and efficient. Thank you.
Ferdinand, the TrGreen technician, was very helpful, thorough, and informative. He sprayed under decks and on our stones around the pool. He explained us how the service deters mosquitoes
