“so we had Pezz come out ( David specifically )to look at our HVAC unit in the basement because it was leaking water on the floor. right away, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. We ended up replacing our unit with a brand new high-efficiency Daikin system. The system works phenomenal and keeps the house so much more regulated. We were also able to get the UV light, humidifier and the big filter compartments to make life so much easier when changing filters. Probably the biggest help of all was they were able to get us instant rebates through PSEG, which gave us such a massive savings combined with an interest free payment plan. After a horrible experience with our former HVAC company who tampered with something during a routine service check then told us we needed to replace the entire AC/furnace system (quoting us $10k+) followed by another company saying the whole system didn't need replacing but part of it did (still quoting us ~$2k), the tech from Lioni came out quickly, identified some faulty wiring, and had us back up and running within ~15 minutes and a VERY reasonable small service fee. I am so thankful that I found them.
