“My experience at Eye contact vision center was absolutely amazing. I walked in and got booked for the next day, and when I came in they took care of me really quickly. The day before I tried on about 10 pairs of glasses and Cristina was so patient with me and gave me her honest opinion. She told me what looked good and what didn’t look so great. She searched for the exact color I wanted and gave me options. When I finally picked the (pairs) I wanted, Cristina kept them for me for the next day, that way I didn’t have to search again. Awesome, right? My experience was very smooth, I was in and out with 10 mins with the doctor. Cristina worked with me and my insurence until I got exactly what I wanted. “Honestly - I had been a little concerned about not going to a "real doctor's office." However, I will be returning! Easy to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. The 'tech' or assistant who did all the tests was excellent. She explained everything so I knew when there would be a flash, or where to look, etc and exactly what they were testing. There was no wait. The doctor was very professional and friendly; she understood right away when I explained some of my vision history (since I'd never been there before). Asked questions about how I spend my day - in order to make recommendations regarding the glasses (progressives or not, etc) and always explained why. The office was clean, everyone was friendly; and most of the paperwork could be done beforehand online so I didn't spend 15 minutes writing my name and insurance info multiple times! Very happy.“

“I am a lifelong resident of central NJ and I always noticed Bomarr Opticians on my way to and from Menlo Park Mall. Finally in Nov 2023, I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately they are not in-network for my vision insurance plan (VSP), but they did provide me with a generous 20% discount and an itemized receipt so that I could submit a claim. The store is packed with eyeglasses of all kinds, so be prepared to be there awhile unless you have something very specific in mind. I was assisted by the nicest and most patient woman ever -- I cannot thank her enough (unfortunately I never got her name!) Because I have a high prescription, I only had a few options, but I'm happy with my choice. Highly recommend Bomarr Opticians.“
