Surprised to see such low reviews on this site. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for the better part of 10 years at the time of this review. I incurred an eye injury back in 2014 and went to 4 other specialists who all told me that my vision was "fine" even though I was having visual distortions and double vision. Dr. Patel and staff put me through multiple advance diagnostics and diagnosed my condition correctly at my first visit. Take it or leave itOther reviews are saying it already and still I am here because we got our glasses from here last time. The staff probably is under appreciated and that is why they behave the way they do - from the front desk to back. Hence I am leaving some love here with 4 stars so the owners and management and give some love to their staff and in return the customers can be treated well. Cheers all
