Today was my first time coming for an exam and my experience was phenomenal. Everything went great from intake process to the exam. Everyone took their time, were very understanding, and patient. I will definitely recommend.
Absolutely love this place, the staff are incredibly nice and friendly. They took their time helping me out to decide the best glasses to pick. Alppa specifically took her time to make sure I got the glasses that best suits my face. Such a welcoming environment and grate place to come. Will highly recommend coming here, it was my first time and I will certainly be coming back in the future.
Coming to optical palace for my eye exam and getting two pairs of glasses they work with you in pricing and service was great and pleasant, I’ve receive a call when my glasses was ready tried them on and I am very satisfied with the work.
