“Antwain came on time to diagnose an issue with a dryer that came with our house. The part that was needed to fix it unfortunately cost more than the cost to replace it. He did not push for the costly repair but suggested to replace it.“

“Called Chris yesterday (Saturday) for a repair/tune up on our treadmill. He said he could come out whenever we would be home and scheduled the service for today (Sunday). I told him I would pay extra for coming out on a Sunday and he said that wouldn’t be necessary. He obviously had tons of experience and knew the machine inside and out.
