I highly recommend ACS Repair Center. I sent a message about a problem with my Delonghi Espresso maker. I was prepared to ship my machine (400 miles)to them but they were able to troubleshoot and solved my problem. If you love coffee, you know how relieved I was! Hard to find a great company with great customer service. Can't thank you enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a Delonghi machine that was broken, took it to someone else where it sat for 3 months and they never even looked at it. Took it to ACS who had it for 3 weeks, and now it's working like it's brand new. The owner and his other technician are thorough. They inspect all parts of the machine (not just your apparent problem) to ensure optimal function. Could not be more satisfied, drove 2 hours to get to them and well worth it. Would use in the future 1000%
5 stars easily! I just called them about a wet/dry vacuum part I wanted to buy. The person was very nice & helpful & TOOK THE TIME to track down this old obscure part (even though they do service only and do not sell parts outright) he discovered it was no longer available. Super nice & knowledgeable and spent all the time needed. you dont find that too much these days!
