“Had a leak last Thursday - Henny came out that day to assess. Used a camera with imaging to locate wetness inside the walls - he and his team took pictures and got back with a quote an hour later! Tom and Louie came on Saturday to open the wall and install fans & humidifiers to ensure that everything dries quickly and correctly. They set up containment structures to keep everything covered. “In the summer of 2023, we bought a beautiful house and shortly after we moved in, we had a major fire that resulted in our house being ripped down to the studs. We had not even been in the house for two months yet, but as soon as we got the insurance claim started, ServPro was there. From the very first moment we met Keith and Dave, we were met with kindness, encouragement and expertise. I was very surprised with how much they cared about our situation even though they deal with this all the time, and that detail really made me want to have them be the ones to restore the house.

It was honestly the best decision we could have made. They had an entire timeline planned out within a week. The communication from this team was incredible the entire restoration process, far better than any contractor that I or anyone I know has ever experienced. They also helped us navigate working with insurance which we had zero experience doing. It was quite amazing how they managed to stretch the budget we were given - they made all kinds of improvements including a kitchen with quartz countertops, electric bidet toilets, engineered hardwood and stone floors, outdoor cameras, and beautiful wall colors. We were estimated 12-18 months by the insurance company and ServPro had us back in our house in about 9 months.

We moved back in almost 2 months ago and they are still checking up on us and just as responsive as ever. They are always over as quick as possible if we call them for anything and they have a 1 year warranty on all of their work! It was a fantastic experience working with them and I will call them for any contracting needs from now on. They don't just do fire and water restoration, they can do pretty much anything.
