“My day was Blessed after Troy from Restoration Partners came with his associate. I saw mold forming on the bottom of one of my basement walls and immediately panicked as I had a major issue with mold in my basement after two flooding issues previously. I was preparing myself for the worst expecting to hear that major demolishing would be needed and the mold was even more severe than I imagined.To my surprise I was informed by Troy after his inspection that my walls were dry and the mold was just on the surface. Hearing that was enough to Bless me but I was Blessed even further. Troy assured me no demolishing was necessary. He went to his truck and came back with a solution that he and his associate sprayed on my wall and just like that the mold was gone.What drew me to Restoration Partners was a review that I read prior to calling them. In the review the word TRUSTWORTHY was used to describe the experience of one of their customers. “I have owned multiple homes since I was 21 yrs old. Never had to use home owners insurance , didn't even know how to. Unfortunately I had a fire recently. I used Guardian Ajustment Service . Let me tell you , Marc Milstein is one of the best human beings I have had the good fortune of getting to know. Marc knows his business , he dealt with everything from start to finish and kept me updated and feeling positive thru the whole horrible ordeal. Marc is on top of his game, very professional..We just got back into our home and it's as good as new. “Used Servpro for water leak. Tyler from Servpro handled my onsite clean up. He was awesome to work with. He explained everything and every step of the process. He was always on time and worked with our schedule. The first visit was to determine where moisture was and take measurements of what was wet and how much. He then recommended a plan of action outlining what could be worst case scenario. He did not try to pad the work order. He followed up daily to determine how things were going and when we could stop the process. He also really helped us guide the plumber to determine the water source.Would use Servpro again and would really want Tyler to handle for me.“

Got a verbal estimate quickly, and set up a time for the repair. Work proceeded promptly by Cynthia and Francesco, who explained what they were going to do, and did it thoroughly. They meticulously inventoried the damaged items, and provided a listing as well as over 100 pictures. After the work was completed, the invoice was actually LESS than the estimate! “DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! ***** MUST READ TILL THE END!!Marc Pressman came to my house and brought his looseleaf with him. He had all kinds of docs saying that he was the best. I took him down to my newley finished basement and showed him exactly where the water was coming from. He said "no problem, we are experts and can fix this guaranteed". He took my deposit and sent his team down. Michael was the man working on the job. Super nice guy, very clean and looking to do minimal damage to the floor ( he would be better off starting his own company). They installed the drain and the pump and told me my water problems were over.A couple of months later we had a couple of days of solid rain and the basement was flooded again!! I thought maybe the pump didn't work so I took the cover over the tank and it was bone dry!. The water never even went into the tank. Immediately I called the company and got a message " Due to severe weather conditions no one is available to take your call...leave a message." Three days later my message was returned . They sent someone to the house and he said ,well everything is dry now so I cant really tell where the water came in from. Lets wait till it happens again and then I"ll come back. Sure enough last week it rained like crazy and my basement was flooded again. Immediately I called Marc Pressman and he said I cant help you, you need to call the office. I told him I guess you only take the peoples money otherwise you cant help. So I called the office right away sent them pictures, and told them to send someone down asap so they can trace the water. Its been 5 days now and they never called back and of course the water subsided by now.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON"T SERVICE YOU WHEN THINGS DON"T WORK!!!.... I WILL CONTINUE TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND REPORT THEM TO BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS UNTIL THEY MAKE THINGS RIGHT.Follow up to a past review.A couple of weeks ago I sent out a review stating DON'T USE THESE GUYS. Since then I was contacted by John the owner of the business and he sincerely wanted to solve the issue. He sent down one of his top men Mike Schmanek Sr. who has 18 years of experience and within minuets he spotted the problem. In less than a week he was back with his team to solve the problem....as Mike said "let it rain hard because we have you covered." His determination to get the job done and done right is a testament to him and the company. Hopefully his experience will pay off and I will have a dry basement. Once again I cant emphasize enough about the care and cleanliness he displayed for my property.will follow up again after a good rainstorm hopefully able to report some great news.Thank you John and Mike for your diligence in making this right.UPDATE JAN. 8 2014John and the crew turned out to be very good and reliable. I even recommended them to 2 of my very close friends. At the end of the day when everything was said and done i was very satisfied with the work and have a dry basement after a few good rain showers.“
