I’ve never been so excited to write a review, but I always try to share my experience to help others who may need the same service. Most people call a company like Dry Docs on one of their worst days, whether it’s water damage, busted pipes, or mold. In my case, I discovered mold and needed professional mold remediation right away. Henny and his team responded immediately and handled the entire mold removal and mitigation process from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain everything, which really put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. His knowledge of mold remediation and industry standards is obvious, and he made sure the issue was properly addressed so it wouldn’t happen again. The pricing was more than fair, and the level of professionalism and care truly went above and beyond. When you’re dealing with mold in your home, finding a company you can trust is everything, and DryDocs absolutely delivered. I hope I never need mold remediation services again, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Sooooo thankful we called DryDocs!! Henry came out same day to evaluate the leak as it was coming in, and started meticulously documenting everything for insurance immediately - I didn’t realize how valuable this was until I had to deal with insurance later! He is truly a godsend. His crew, Tommy and Joey, did our remediation work, and they did a tremendous job. They were able to find the leak and address the damage in one day; everything was kept so clean, and they were so considerate of our space. Our family is so thankful for DryDocs. I hope we never have water incursion again, but if we do, we’re calling Henry immediately!
Had a leak last Thursday - Henny came out that day to assess. Used a camera with imaging to locate wetness inside the walls - he and his team took pictures and got back with a quote an hour later! Tom and Louie came on Saturday to open the wall and install fans & humidifiers to ensure that everything dries quickly and correctly. They set up containment structures to keep everything covered. Tom and Louie were professional & friendly. They even explained to my toddler what was happening. Today (Tuesday) they came back to remove the machines & take the containment areas down. Efficient and friendly again! If you ever have a leak DryDocs should be your FIRST call - the whole team is highly knowledgeable and the whole process is seamless.
