Marquel and Joshua arrived on time at my home. Explained in depth how I needed to clean my stone floor. Provided me with a sample cleaning and what the charge would be. I was completely pleased with their professionalism in how they prepped the areas to be cleaned. They did such a good job in removing the wax and cleaner build up. When they were done the cleaning, looked like a completely different floor. It was beautiful!!!!
Aaron was great and completed the areas in our Home that we needed attention, & booked last minute , quickly and effectively! He gave amazing customer service, was knowledgeable and was super friendly! Will definitely be asking him to come back! He did a great Job!
Aaron was polite, professional, and courteous. He arrived in time and was very thorough in his explanation of how the cleaning would be handled. While he did explain additional offerings he was not overly pushy and it didn’t feel like I was being forced an upsell, however I did end up going with an add on per his suggestion and was not disappointed with it. The actual cleaning process was quick and painless and Aaron took extra special care to make sure the rest of my home stayed clean. He used protective shoe coverings and laid down protective sheets to ensure he was only there to clean up and not create more of a mess.
