Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible.
