Wayne replaced a mini split in my home. His communication was great, which is hard to find in a contractor! His price was fair, he showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Wayne and his team hauled away my old unit, cleaned up and were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend and will definitely call again if I need HVAC work.
We had a problem with our heating/cooling unit. We called someone else and they replaced the thermostat but we still had an issue with the unit not working properly. We then called Wayne (who we should have called first) and explained the situation. He immediately said over the phone that the thermostat was not the problem. He came over, examined the unit, and said the heating/cooling unit needed to be cleaned, reset and have rountine maintenance done. It took him less than half an hour, explained what we needed to do to keep unit running efficiently, and gave us some useful information about how different thermostats function.
