“It's a happy place for your healing. I have been a patient at the Friedman Spine and Physical Therapy establishment from April 2023 to present. I was being treated for neck, back, hip and shoulder pain. Now I am being treated for all of the above with the exception of the hip. “You have found the right place for Healing!!!!!After a traumatic episode with disc degeneration my Orthopedist gave me a few choices of therapy sites. Light Touch was the best decision for me. My first contact of speaking with Nisha put me at ease right away. When I arrived for my consult Drs Lior and Boris, or Drs Boris and Lior, let me know this was a minor set back and they had a plan for me to get back to living. 3 months later and I am very excited to say I'm nearly back to my old self. Movement is not a struggle and I no longer need a cane to walk. My muscle tone is much better and the best part... They have provided me with proper form and targeted movements to use so the pain doesn't return. Both Drs have great dispositions and a caring manner. “Had a tough case of chronic Costochondritis. 2 years of stubborn symptoms. They gave me a lot of care to reduce symptoms, but it wasn't just that. Dr Di Liberto also did a great job of checking in and recommending the right at home treatment/exercises to cure it long term. I'm now fit and pain free after many months of chipping at the problems. As an aside, he was also always willing to give good medical advice on any other injury problems that arose during my recovery. Definitely a Doctor who cares.“
