EXCELLENT CARE & ATTENTION!A FUN ENVIRONMENT FOR PATIENTS TO BE IN!!!!!!!I've been a patient there for a few years (on & off).First for herniated discs, then b4 & after bilateral hip replacement surgery.I am SO HAPPY & EXCITED to have returned to "The Energizer Bunny" I ALWAYS was!!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable friendly. On Your first visit, staff will have a one on one conversation to discuss your daily activities and challenges involved. Staff will then describe how they will address your health conditions.

JAGONE second to none. I did my rehab there for bilateral knee replacement and shoulder replacement. Staff is great. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Family atmosphere. I looked forward to my appointments. Couldn’t have done it without you!

Welcome to the Union JAG Physical Therapy clinic.
