The staff at JAG is exceptional. I am greeted with a smile from the receptionist and never kept waiting for my appointment. All the staff is very professional and all work together. My physical therapist Helene Lopa took the time to listen to me and to make sure that when I was doing my exercises that I continued to do them correctly. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care.
Jason Carelis, physical therapist, is a consummate professional. He is focused on his patients and listens to to their concerns and needs while providing excellent service. He is the third physical therapist I have received care from over the years. By far, he is the best of the three. Jason is highly recommended.
I had carpal and cubical tunnel surgery in September 2023. When you get there you’re greeted by Vanessa which she’s very friendly, then the therapist Bianca comes out to greet you and gets you started with your exercises with the help of Izzy. The staff is very friendly and professional.
