I have 3 herniated discs in my back and have dealt with pain for more years than I'd like to admit. I started going to Spectrum last April and quickly realized it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Here we are, almost a year later, and my back has never felt better. Not to mention, I am in better shape than I've ever been because of the personalized recovery and training program Dr. Letizia created for me.
