“This was my first experience with a broken water heater. I called Roto-Rooter yesterday and I explained that it was leaking and they sent over a technician right away. His name is Ernesto and he explained that I needed a full replacement and suggested the Bradford White model because it has better insulation and it also comes with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty.
