I recently had Dr. Drip Plumbing & Heating come out for a 50 gallon water heater repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Nick, the owner, and Joe worked on the repair together, and it was obvious they take pride in doing the job right.
They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater, they repaired my 50 gallon unit and had it working like new again. They worked efficiently, were professional and respectful, and left the area cleaner than they found it.

I called at around 9am and the unit was fixed before 3pm. My pups and I are very grateful to Nicholas and Joseph for their quick service on a 94 degree day. We are relieved to have cool air again.
When we finally got it all straightened out, i.e. scheduling ( Tyler or Mike apparently did not put there return the next day on the schedule)and final invoice( it seems the first deposit wasn't showing up last night for Mike to calculate, I think he left with headache...lol)
everything went well. Linda figured it ALL out! She got guys to come yesterday despite no being on the schedule and worked out the final tally, hang on to her! Your guys are polite & respectful, communicate well, efficient, skilled and tidy!
Tyler, Mike, Ed and Sam were all a pleasure. Linda too.
