Jamil and Andres are great! My garbage disposal was jammed up and they came and explained to me what the problem was and they fixed the jam. Jamil told me my next steps and how to prevent jams and rusting for future. I will look to work with him again to replace with new unit soon!
We had such a great experience with Roto Rooter - especially with Leo our technician. We had our hot water heater burst and the first company who came out couldn’t do anything for 4 days and then proceeded to upsell us an exhaust service. When Leo got there, he had a new hot water heater there and working within 2 hours and gave us his honest assessment. Highly recommend.
