Grossman responded quickly to a late in the day request when O & R discovered a gas leak in our home which resulted in our gas being shut off. Grossman was knowledgeable, professional, and fast with their repairs. They returned swiftly to our home when O & R came to turn the gas to support until the job was done long after normal working hours. They were dependable, took pride in their work, and offered a very fair rate given the odd hours. I would use them again without question and would recommend them to anyone seeking gas or water plumbing work.
I have had a leak for a long time and TWO plumbers came and one said I need a whole new system and another just emptied out water. Grossman’s came and fixed it at the core and also suggested insurance be called. I never would have. Meanwhile, they found mold! So, I now have a new plumber and am thrilled!
