David is the actual best, not only took care of the problem quickly, charged a fair price, but also helping me understand how things flow in my house. A few things my inspector said needed done, didn’t. David could have said yes it needs fixed and I’d have never known the difference. Instead he tightened some things up and we were in business without being charged for work that wasn’t actually necessary. Plus he’s just a great person 10/10 - He’ll be our rooter guy for life.
David was very helpful and got to us quick after we were told we needed major repairs and quoted a very high number from another company. He explained everything regarding our system and what the problem was and provided an honest assessment on whether that work was necessary or not.
