“I ordered a Citizen Men's Military Watch Commemorative Box Set BM8570-09E with an engraving request late afternoon of 13 June. I received an initial email about 1 hour later. 4 orher emails detailing the status were received as the process progressed. The watch arrived 15 June. The engraving was as requested. Shipping? Crazy fast. I am very thankful for their superior customer service.”
