This is my go-to spot for anything jewelry-repair-related. The prices are right, the execution prompt & careful, and the quality fantastic! The team is professional and they always make me feel like I am a valued & known customer. For example, I took in an heirloom piece and they resized it and cleaned it perfectly.
I needed some watch batteries and a band replaced and Robert was quick, efficient, and got the job done smoothly and correctly. He takes pride in his work and I will definitely be coming back when I have need anything of my watch fixed!
While on a trip, I was looking for a place to help with the strap on my Seiko. I saw Treasure Chest was close by the hotel and they did not disappoint. Robert was really friendly and helpful with the watch. He was patient and really wanted to make I was happy with the sizing. He taught me about the safety strap on my watch.
I was running to go somewhere so I didn’t have a lot of time to peruse but I saw quite a few watches. There was also plenty of jewelry. I will definitely come back and take a look when I have more time. I saw someone come in and buy a watch at the same time. The other sales associate was equally friendly and nice.
