I had the absolute pleasure of working with Helena on a custom engagement ring, and the craftsmanship is flawless. Helena was incredibly easy to work with, super fast with her responses, and kept me consistently updated on the progress at every single stage. She completely took the stress out of a tight timeline, and the ring looks stunning. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Helena!

I didn’t know I had a dream ring until my fiancé (!!) and i went to Frank Darling and picked out this ring with the help of Wei. I never felt rushed or pressured during the shopping process, and my fiancé has had nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience from shopping to picking up the final product!

can’t wait to return to Frank Darling for our wedding bands :)

My fiance and I worked with Frank Darling to design my engagement ring last year (he proposed July 18, 2025). We had our first appointment January 2025, weren't quite ready yet to make the choice, but went back April 2025 to pick the diamond. We met with Lily in Jan, and Olivia in April. My ring is a modified version of the Symphony setting, with smaller side stones and a euro shank. Overall we had a pleasant experience with the showroom but they did the inside engraving of the ring upside down initially, which cause my fiance a lot of stress leading up to the proposal. In the end, everything was fine but did want to flag that.
