“The TBM team are true professionals. We've used them for walks and boarding for over 4 years now for our goldendoodle Pluto. They are reliable and trustworthy - they have never missed a walk and communicate well. Safety is a top priority - in how they train the team, the leashes, the size limits on walks - this was super important to me. They're a small close-knit team and seem to have strong retention - we've continuously worked with the same small set if walkers. We're super happy with TBM and feel fortunate to have found them - we highly recommend TBM!“

“Mixy Paws was perfect! I needed 3 times a day walking for 2 weeks for my planned surgery. They were willing to work with me in advance. I wanted to make sure I was covered as I was more nervous about my dog than my own surgery. Someone came to my house to meet my dog, Lola, (no charge) before beginning. They aimed for 2 primary walkers… All the walkers were great and super punctual. After every walk I got a little narrative, a picture or 2, and documentation of ifshe did #1 and/or #2. And a request for my rating of the walk… always excellent. They were absolutely terrific.“

“I recently took my puppy for grooming. It's my first time as a pet owner so i wasn't sure even what kind of cut to get. My puppy cut came out great because of britnany and i was so thankful because last cut they left her looking like a mole rat. There was one employee that really took her time to explain to me a couple of things and i told her my dog breath sometimes is so bad and she doesn't like greenies. She showed me drops in the store & just gave me pointers on keeping her fur coat white. I can google tiktok and search for pointers but her taking the time to explain & help me understand certain things without rushing really meant a lot and put me at ease. I wish i knew her name. “The experience at this place was great. The doctor loves animals, the nurses are friendly, and the receptionist patiently explained some detailed questions. We prefer the doctor at this Petco.“

“Island pet resort saved my family vacation, they acomodated my puppy last minute and took a good care of him.
My 7 month old pup was scared of strangers and kind of aggressive toward everyone but us. I booked in home petsitter in advanced and decided to try it for one day before vacation. . After one day she cancelled my booking for boarding due to my puppy aggressive behavior, leaving me with no options right before vacation.
I called Island resort and they invite us for meet and greet same day. My dog was terrified and tried to bite them at first but manager calmed him down and was able to handle him with a few minutes, absolutely professional and knows how to handle difficult dogs.
They sent me videos and pictures of my puppy every day, and I can see he made a few friends and become social with staff and other dogs. Good boarding place with good people. And honestly their price is the most affordable in Staten Island.
I will recomend this place and definatelly will use them again.“
