I have been going to this location for my dogs grooming for past one year and had a good experience with most of the groomers. But last two visits me and my dog got really bad service. It seems like this location is running out of experienced groomers and the ones who worked on my dog seems some interns who did a shoddy job of showering and haircutting my dog. My dog has returned with bad rashes and itches over his tail and butt area. The poor fur baby is helpless with itches over that area and as a pet parent, it's hard to see them in pain without any fault of theirs. Been boarding Lucky here over 3years whenever I visit Broadway in the city.I always enjoy my visit because I know they ALWAYS take good care of Lucky.When we go to check in they always say LUCKYS back.I will always leave Lucky here whenever I visit the area.So Sorry I could not remember any NAMES.

I took my dog here for a last minute grooming appointment and Chelsea did a great job! She listen to everything that I asked and gave my Winnie the perfect cut. She was very sweet and kind and made the experience great
