“I have a 1912 Home with a lot of old piping. The water intake pipe coming up from the basement floor was leaking badly. Had the Water Company turn off at the street. Called four Plumbers. Three would not work on it after pictures/description was given over the phone.The 4th came out and also would not attempt a repair. All said piping is too old, cant be saved, new line has to be run from the street. The next Plumber I called was Fabian, Angler Plumbing. He said he would come out the next day and take a look. After arriving and examining, he also stated it was an old pipe and may disintegrate when worked on, but he would try to remove the inner rusted pipe to use the connector for the new line.He worked on it till the old pipe was removed. Threaded in all new brass connectors and copper pipe, with shutoff valves. All PerfectHe accomplished very rapidly what four other Plumbers would not even attempt, saving me thousands of $s, and being very pleasant while doing it!Cannot praise Fabian enough!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“

“I've used All Clear on several smaller jobs over the past few years and they have been great, good price, good work and show up on time. Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! “Responsive. Polite. Professional. Honest. We were very pleased with the service Saadeh and his crew provided us when our AC went out on a hot day. They came out - even on a Saturday - and quickly diagnosed the problem, which, unfortunately, was that our HVAC unit had died. Not what we wanted to hear, but the pricing to repair the unit was fair. We live in a condo and the unit is located in a very small place. I'm still not sure how they managed to get in to install it, and the time it took was much quicker than I expected.
