“Brought in my phone over Memorial Day weekend to get diagnosed. Explained that I only needed a back glass+ glass for the area surrounding the camera repaired which was confirmed when diagnostics were ran. Told to come back once parts are in and I did but my phone ended up completely damaged 30 minutes into the repair and wouldn’t turn on anymore when it originally only had a physical damage. They advised me I would need a completely new unit now but had to wait another 2 days for it to come in, I had gone almost 2 weeks just waiting for the repair to be done after already paying the full price for repair. I emailed on the day the phone was expected to come in and I am assuming they had not reached out to their own provider regarding my phone as their chat was time stamped an hour after I reached out saying my phone was out of stock and I needed to wait another 2 weeks to see IF they would even have them in stock. I am not unreasonable when it comes to waiting for services to be done especially if they are done WELL, but I asked for a refund and the phone back to just take to apple myself. Once I scheduled my appointment for apple they had a phone in stock to swap out right there and then but I was met with another loop to go through apparently this shop reported my phone as swapped out which makes no sense because I took my business to apple because they reported to me that they would not have another phone to give me for another 2 weeks for damages they did because the phone worked perfectly fine before this repair??? This is frustrating because in this time and age a person can not realistically go this long without a phone because of the carelessness of the shop, I asked before leaving if there would be issues with fixing my phone at apple and the person who did the additional damage to my phone said there was none because they would chat with apple directly to advise them it was worked on this shop. My case with apple is STILL pending investigation with this shop and why they changed my serial number but to say the least I honestly wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone!
REVISED: Had a person from this shop reach out to me, John Sagaria, who helped me throughout this process with handling my phone replacement. Very helpful and happy with the outcome and finally receiving a new phone. Thank you!“

“This is the second time Sam Tan has saved a computer of mine. I first was introduced to him 6 years ago when a data recovery company I used referred me to him. I had spilled an entire bottle of water on my MacBook Pro keyboard and Sam was able to completely restore it, replace the battery and return it to me for a very reasonable fee. It is still working despite it being a 2014 laptop. My husband uses it as his backup computer.

Recently, our newer MacBook’s screen malfunctioned. I first took it to a verified Apple repair location and they quoted me half the cost of a new laptop. Then I remembered Sam. He was able to replace my screen for significantly less than the other store and even got my laptop back to me in a few days’ time, despite a huge snowstorm that shut down the East Coast.
