One customer had a heavily water-damaged laptop that was not fixable, but the repair shop still did not charge them. They tried different methods to fix it and kept the customer informed throughout the process.

Another customer had water damage to their laptop and was given two options for the repair - expedited replacement of the damaged part or delayed procurement of a part to replace the power board. They chose the quicker and cheaper option, but later had to replace the power board as well. The customer learned to trust the experts' guidance for a peace of mind.

A different customer's laptop's touchscreen stopped working, and the repair shop was able to identify the problem and fix the screen in less than 24 hours. They also fixed one of the hinges, providing excellent service at a reasonable price.
