Brought in my phone over Memorial Day weekend to get diagnosed. Explained that I only needed a back glass+ glass for the area surrounding the camera repaired which was confirmed when diagnostics were ran. Told to come back once parts are in and I did but my phone ended up completely damaged 30 minutes into the repair and wouldn’t turn on anymore when it originally only had a physical damage. They advised me I would need a completely new unit now but had to wait another 2 days for it to come in, I had gone almost 2 weeks just waiting for the repair to be done after already paying the full price for repair. Very nice Apple shop! My charging port had something in it that I couldn’t get out and the guy took care of it with no hesitation.
