My laptop fell, the screen cracked and the cursor and the touch screen weren’t working. I went to see Mike right after leaving ubreakifix after I was told I’ll be charged $78 for just diagnosing whatever was wrong with the laptop.Mike was extremely nice to me. He took a look at the laptop and wanted to be sure it was worth repairing. After a detailed diagnosis it wasn’t really worth it. He didn’t leave it at that, he made sure I could at least use it. So he fixed the cursor issues and got it working. Just went and met Mike today, one of the most helpful and nice repair places I've ever been to. I told Mike the few issues I was having with my laptop, he opened it and showed me what he would do to fix it and what was wrong with it. After going back and forth for a little bit he cleaned the laptop and fixed an issue with my fan and was nice enough to not even charge me for it. I've been going to repair places for almost 10 years now and without a doubt this is the best place I've ever been to. Great company. My wife had her macbook fail on her. Gave a quick call to IFIX and was greeted by a very professional gentleman. The gentlemen told me to bring the labtop in. My wife was up and running in a week. Great business. will call for all my computer issues from now on. Thanks ifixpcs
