I had an issue with my TV's Wi-Fi and wanted to have in-home service. This was my first time getting any type of TV repair done, so I went to Google, found a couple of repair shops, and called around.Spoke to 2 different businesses and they failed to call me back or show any major interest in wanting to help. On my third attempt, I spoke with Jay from NJ TV-Computer Repair Center. He was patient, took the time to listen, asked me about what I'd attempted to fix the issue, and gave me the options of in-home service or bringing the TV to the shop. My 3 year old sunbrite outdoor tv screen went dim and I was livid as I did NOT purchase extended warranty. Rest assured made appointment and JR was @ my house next day to take a peak. It’s $100 charge for him to come to your home. Was hoping it was fixable on premisses however he had to take it into his shop. He thought it was going to be back light however it was the power supply that needed replacement. Repair cost $396 which I considered reasonable since the tv cost 2k. Highly recommend.

My 65" Sony stopped working so i called and he asked me to bring it in. I asked can they come out and look at it. There is a charge for that but was worth it. He knew what the problem was and ordered the parts. they can in the following week and he was back out to fix it. Overall a great job and expert service. I highly recommend NJ TV for all your repair needs.
