The service itself was beautifully handled—everything was organized with such attention and dignity, allowing us to focus on honoring our Mom and being together as a family. I liked that they only hold one service at a time. The space was warm, welcoming, and even had a clean, comforting scent that made the environment feel peaceful and well cared for.
What truly stood out was how much they went above and beyond for our family. They traveled all the way to New York to bring our loved one into their care, which meant so much to us during an already overwhelming time.
Their empathy made an incredibly hard experience a little easier to bear, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
