I cannot say enough about the care and compassion we received from Bronson & McNamara during such a difficult time. From the very first conversation, John, Chris and George treated our family with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They guided us through every detail with sensitivity, never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed, and always taking the time to answer our questions.
The service itself was beautifully handled—everything was organized with such attention and dignity, allowing us to focus on honoring our Mom and being together as a family. When my sister died four and a half years ago, Bronson & McNamara walked our family through the unthinkable with steadiness, compassion, and extraordinary care. When we recently lost my mom, there was never a question about who we would call.
Working with Chris Young both times gave us something invaluable in the middle of deep grief: calm guidance and genuine kindness. Every detail was handled with thoughtfulness and dignity. The staff here are professional and caring. I was very inexperienced in regards to what needed to be done when my grandmother passed away, but I (along with my family) were guided through the process every step of the way. I felt that we were treated like family and I can’t express anymore how grateful I am. My grandmother deserved the best in life and she received the best when she passed. As for the funeral home itself it’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you Mr. McNamara for everything!
