Mount Lebanon Cemetery is known for its caring and responsive staff. Customers have praised representatives for going above and beyond their job duties to assist with various needs. One customer experienced difficulty contacting a relevant association and received prompt and helpful support from a representative. Another customer had an issue with a family plot and was satisfied with the quick and efficient resolution provided by Patty and Frank. A third customer appreciated Kim's attention to detail and excellent customer service in addressing a plant issue on a loved one's grave.
The cemetery has recently received positive reviews from customers. One customer, who had many unresolved problems regarding their son's grave, met with Jason Lapsley, the Customer Service Counselor, and was impressed by his compassion and speed in resolving the issue, allowing the customer to visit the grave in peace. Another customer had their husband's foot stone laid down incorrectly, but met with Patricia on-site, who promptly addressed the problem. Additionally, a customer who had an issue with their parents' gravesite visited the office and was assisted by the helpful staff, particularly Patty, who resolved the matter quickly.
I was extremely fortunate to have met Elena Krimsitso, a representative of Mount Lebanon, about 10 years ago. She was very caring and extremely responsive back then. I have recently run into some roadblocks, none from the cemetery, but I have been unable to reach the association that we purchased the grave sites from. Therefore, making it a problem to deed some plots to family members. I called ELANA and left a message. What I needed assistance with had nothing to do with her job. But she literally responded within minutes. ELANA told me she would look into getting me the information I needed. She got back to me the next day saying she needed a little more time. The following day ELANA got back to me with everything I needed. She went above and beyond, and I am very appreciative. ELANA is an asset to Mount Lebanon Cemetery. You rarely find people like her that go over and above their job descriptions to accommodate but, SHE DID. ***To the owners of Mount Lebanon, you have a winner in ELANA Krimsitso

Unfortunately many of my family members passed and are buried here at mt Lebanon cemetery. The service provided at this cemetery is excellent. Although the funeral home was an absolute terror, the cemetery made the rest of the process easy. Burials are never easy. Their staff is patient, understanding and accommodating. While my experience with funeral homes vary, my experience at this cemetery has been consistently good. Thank u to Fran and Elena for ur always being empathetic during these difficult times. I appreciate your services!!!
