it is a difficult time when your Mother passes. The personnel at Mount Sinai could not have been warmer and accommodating and making the experience as easy as it could be. they handled all aspects of the arrangements and a special thanks to JJ for his service to us. highly recommend Mt Sinai when the need arises.
The arrangements for my brother’s funeral were made more than 3 years before his death due to fears about the pandemic and his need for long-term care. I was grateful that Mt. Sinai Memorial Chapels responded so quickly to the need for their services—even though they were notified in the middle of the night. The funeral director was calm, kind, and professional in fulfilling all necessary arrangements and accommodating our family’s need for extra time to gather for the graveside service. My. The team from Mt. Sinai did wonderful job helping my family and me through my mother's recent passing. Gene, in particular, was very patient and attentive, answering all of my questions, making sure my father and I had time with my mother prior to the start of the service, and generally just being a calm and reassuring presence. It was obviously a difficult time for all of us, but Gene and the rest of the team gracefully managed all of the logistics so we could focus on family and friends.Thank you to Mt. Sinai for making a hard day more bearable.
